The Decode: Trace this feeling back to its origin. What outdated "safety" requirement is it trying to satisfy?
2. The Sovereignty Test
In the last 48 hours, where did you trade your internal authority for the approval or comfort of others?
The Decode: Write down the specific situation. What would you have done differently if you were operating from the perspective of someone who has nothing to prove and nothing to lose?
3. Rewriting the Internal Script
Look at the most common limiting narrative you repeat about your business, money, or capacity.
The Decode: Rewrite this narrative into a precise, objective, and cold statement of fact. (e.g., Instead of "I struggle to find high-end clients," write: "I am currently adjusting my outreach to align with a specific tier of client.")
4. The Impulse vs. The Reaction
We often mistake an old "reaction" (fear-based) for "intuition" (truth-based).
The Decode: Look at a recent decision that didn't yield the result you wanted. Did it come from a place of expansion or a place of protection? How can you tell the difference in your body?
5. Frequency Maintenance
What is one "low-end" input you are still consuming - social media, news, or specific conversations, that lowers your baseline?
The Decode: Define a clear, "non-negotiable" protocol for how you interact with that input starting today.
Sovereign Integration
